Galgibaga Beach – The Turtle Town of Goa

A 20 minute drive from Chaudi town, a beach awaits for you. With stunningly gorgeous sand line which stays serene forever along with the blissful beach that stays awake all the time and also the active fishermen who make their regular appearances, the Galgibaga beach is an enthralling place to fall in love with.




The evergreen Olive Ridley Turtles breed here, the deserted beach is untouched and virgin from any developmental intervention, and the complete protection zone that this place is makes the handful of visitors here to have calm vacation enough for them to get lost amidst the silence of nature.

On the southern end of this beach lies the shacks and restaurants hub that allows you to have some sound filled fun along with some crab chasing and fish hunting.

The Galgibaga Beach in Goa has frequent visitors in the form of selected bird species which also welcome the tourists with grace. This place being under the scanner of the government for conservation, the visitors have to take extra care while straying around the beach.

For accommodations one can always approach the village rooms at Galgibaga Beach Goa given by the dwellers there on rent as no developments and resorts are allowed to get built, this place is more of a restoration center.
